Cannot print unless an item is selected. Select an item , and try to print again

Has it ever happened to you that you are working on latest Outlook or office365 and you are going to print and print is not getting done.

This happened to me and I got the following error -

If this is happening to you as well then do not panic, there is a solution for this. Just like every problem has a solution, in the same way this problem also has a solution.

Why are you unable to print?

This type of error comes when a PST or file in your Outlook gets corrupted or there is a problem with the print delivery file or setting in Outlook.

What is solution?

To get rid of this type of error, you have to solve the corrupted file.

Solution :-

• Quit Outlook.
• Navigate to C:\Users\<your user profile>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook\
• Locate the outlprnt file. Rename the file to outlprnt.old.
• Restart Outlook.
